We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to goopmasstamgmt@gmail.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s) or proof of return, whichever comes first.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized items
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
